You can live in the deep Ortigia dimension, in the centre, close to shopping street, to all restaurants and bars, to the movida too but, during your stay in the smiling home you can have an incredible quiet and private relax. There’re 8 windows in, 2 for each rooms, really incredible for typical Ortigia’s apt.

You ‘ll have a place to stay open-air, a smiling terrace, large and confortable, well equipped with 2 window doors so if you are 4 : indipendance! It’ll be our pleasure to help you any time and any way, but only after your request. Privacy first of all.

You will have use of the whole flat.
Please don’t leave the air conditioner running all day and night.
Please try to take care of the furniture and linen (new) and leave the flat reasonably clean.
Smokers are welcome to smoke outside the house (terrace, balconies), but not inside. Thank you for your understanding.
