The original structure has remained mostly unchanged and the restoration works were done with materials and technuques of local tradition. Villa casale a Siracusa in contrada Belfronte. Si trova in prossimità dello svincolo autostradale SS 124 per Floridia, a 5 km. da Siracusa, 10 km. dal mare, 20 km. da Noto. Su di un poggio con la vista aperta al paesaggio circostante Il caseggiato d’epoca (1822)  totalmente ristrutturato nel 2010. La struttura originale è rimasta per lo più inalterata e le operazioni di restauro sono state realizzate con  materiali e tecniche della tradizione locale. Il Corpo principale con porticato è articolato in un grande salone con camino con la cucina adiacente e da un disimpegno che da accesso alla camera da letto padronale a doppia altezza con bagno. Dalla corte d’ingresso si accede al secondo fabbricato dove troviamo uno studio, altre due camere da letto e i servizi. Il terreno circostante di oltre 10.000 mq. comprende il giardino curatissimo, un  frutteto e il giovane vigneto di Syrah.
